TA & RAPID RESPONSE
The Alliance invests in a network of national organizations and experts who are available to advance state policies that improve outcomes for vulnerable young children, birth through age eight. These National Partners receive funding to cultivate their expertise, and to be responsive to others seeking their expertise. Alliance partners allocate a portion of their grants to Rapid Response (RR), allowing them to support state efforts to seize opportunities or prevent threats to policies or funding. Support from the TA Network, including Rapid Response, is available to all 50 states.
Rapid Response in Action
RR is immediate support for unexpected opportunities or crises. It harnesses the collective power of the Alliance network, in real time, to improve and protect early childhood state policy or funding. It may take the form of a phone conversation, customized research, tailored messages, or in-person consultation. RR is available in any state where an immediate response can have a significant impact. To request RR, email Wendy Elliott.
