Technical Assistance

Thanks to our investments in a network of national organizations, allies in all 50 states have access to the nation’s leading strategists and experts in early childhood policy.

These national partners receive funding to cultivate their expertise and to be responsive to other partners seeking their expertise. Below are just a few of the organizations that we fund to support improved early childhood outcomes across the country. Take a look at a full list of our national allies for the current year.

Alliance technical assistance is a vital resource that plays a huge role in their ability to advance state policies that improve outcomes for children birth through age eight.

Investors fund these national organizations through the Alliance for one simple reason — the Alliance has the knowledge of state organizations and opportunities to make sure the national expertise is applied where it is wanted, needed, and will make a real difference for every child.

"Our Alliance technical assistance partners at the Center for the Study of Child Care Employment and the Committee on Economic Development testified to the state Legislature, adding valuable credibility and advancing our policy agenda for affordable access to high-quality child care for all Vermont families by 2025."
