Annette Richards is a strategic human resources executive with over 20 years of experience. She serves as the Alliance’s contract HR function—overseeing traditional HR functions, providing leadership with guidance on talent processes, and serving as a resource for Alliance staff. Prior to engaging with the Alliance, Annette provided numerous clients comprehensive human resources management advisory and consultative services.
She has extensive experience with human resources functions in the nonprofit arena, and has helped nonprofit organizations with recruitment; performance management and improvement systems; talent development and training; policy interpretation and development; employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration.
Annette has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from American University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
