New Strategies to Meaningfully Engage Employers in Early Childhood

As states look for funding to address the gaps in early childhood, they are increasingly looking to new ways to engage with employers and create effective public-private partnerships. Successful advocacy strategies have created meaningful new approaches that bring employers into the conversation as investors and advocates. In this session, we learned from states that have identified and addressed perceived and real barriers to traditional engagement with the business community, discussed new and refined models of employer partnerships, and discussed the messaging, data, and allies needed for successful partnerships.

In addition to the in-person presenters, Matt Gillard joined the speaking panel virtually.
