State-by-State Pandemic Expenditures

The American Rescue Plan, like the COVID relief bills before it, gave states opportunities to shore up crucial services for young children and their families—and also to think beyond one-time aid and make transformative new investments and significant changes to state early childhood policy.

Several national organizations tracked the funding and allocations on a state-by-state basis:
