RFP: Consultant for Centering Parent and Practitioner Power

This new community of practice will provide learning sessions in which the Alliance’s grantees can strengthen their capacity to engage in authentic and impactful partnerships rooted in the values of racial equity and shared power. The consultant will manage the community — working closely with Alliance staff to shape and execute the community as a safe space for ongoing, candid, peer-to-peer sharing, support, and learning that leads to professional and organizational growth.
