The Alliance for Early Success is seeking a facilitator/strategist to support our StateFedConnect community of practice (CoP), which provides an opportunity for state-based early childhood advocates to inform and be informed about federal policy and appropriations so they can advocate with their members of Congress.
The facilitator/strategist should maintain knowledge of current events in Congress and federal agencies, in order to translate and make federal policy relevant to state early childhood advocates, in partnership with guest policy experts pulled from the Alliance network of state and national grantees (experts in health, early education, family economic security, home visiting, child welfare, etc.).
The facilitator/strategist will work with Alliance staff and 3-5 state advocates, who will serve as an advisory council, to plan, facilitate, and follow up on StateFedConnect community of practice calls.
