Aaliyah Roulhac is an early childhood advocate with a passion for helping marginalized families receive the equitable resources needed to thrive. As the Alliance’s Community and Network Associate, she implements and continuously improves networking practices in direct support of the Alliance’s mission to build a powerful national community of state early childhood policy advocates.
Previously, Aaliyah worked as the Reimagine Child Care campaign coordinator at Advocates for Children of New Jersey. During her time at the nonprofit advocacy organization, she was integral in spreading campaign and organization awareness, facilitating family engagement initiatives, and facilitating internal and external communication for New Jersey’s Pritzker Children’s Initiative Unlocking Potential coalition.
Aaliyah graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Media Studies.
