Alicia Sanderfield

Alicia serves as the Alliance’s Grants and Operations Manager. In this role, she oversees operations and logistics for the Alliance’s day-to-day activities, and well as for numerous meetings—most notably the annual partner summit, CONNECT. 

As the Alliance’s grants manager, Alicia is also responsible for the processes associated with the Alliance’s grant making—from proposal coordination and data collection through funds dispersal and reporting.

Alicia has extensive operations experience, and the Alliance relies on her expertise in a variety of diverse areas. She has bachelor’s degrees in both Management and Business Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield.
