The Alliance for Early Success (the Alliance) announced today that Aaliyah Roulhac will become the organization’s first Community and Network Associate. The Alliance is a national nonprofit that advances strong early childhood policy in all 50 states and the District of Columbia by supporting state advocates with strategic investment and powerful peer engagement. Roulhac will support the Alliance’s community-building mission by working to strengthen relationships across state lines, and to accelerate progress by documenting successes and challenges.
Previously, Aaliyah worked as the Reimagine Child Care campaign coordinator at Advocates for Children of New Jersey. During her time at the nonprofit advocacy organization, she was integral in spreading campaign and organization awareness, facilitating family engagement initiatives, and facilitating internal and external communication for New Jersey’s Pritzker Children’s Initiative Unlocking Potential coalition.
“Connections are the Alliance’s secret sauce,” said Helene Stebbins, Executive Director of the Alliance. “We couldn’t be more excited to have a talented community and relationship builder like Aaliyah on board.”
