With 2021 elections for governor and all members of the legislature, Advocates for Children of NJ (ACNJ) once again capitalized on the election as an opportunity to educate the candidates, engage partners and elevate issues related children and families.

The focus of 2021 ACNJ election advocacy was the organization’s agenda for children prenatal to age 3. The work included:

Election Guide: ACNJ sent this guide to all the candidates and intends to use the guide to help set the agenda for the next legislative session.

Advocacy Home Page: A landing page at acnj.org/njvotes4kids tells voters and candidates what they can do to make babies a priority. The page is home to several community advocacy resources.
